  1. Hi there,
I’ve purchased an article (Arthroscopy and Manipulation Versus Home Therapy Program in Treatment of Adhesive Capsulitis of the Shoulder: A Prospective … Item Number JSOA-2015-24-1-S13) but still don’t have access. I’ve tried loggoing out and back in again but still nothing. Payment was made with Paypal and it went through (I received email receipt).

    • You should see the article as available to download if you go to the downloads on the “My Account” page. To access the page, first log into the website, then click Login-Profile. You should then see an option for “My Account.” Click it, and it will take you to your account dashboard. The Download section is on that dashboard.
